1. Scope
Solitaire Fairytale was developed by MAD Studios, s.r.o. (“MAD”). The application is available through Facebook, Android, iOS and Amazon. This Privacy Policy applies to applications and services created by MAD and explains relevant data collection and use.
The mobile platform stores may provide additional, platform-specific privacy disclosures. Their descriptions can vary according to the features, platform, region and age of the player.
2. Collection of information
When a player uses Facebook features, MAD may receive a Facebook identifier. MAD may also process demographic information that is not unique to an individual, such as ZIP code, age, gender, preferences, interests and favourites.
Technical information about hardware and software may be collected automatically. This can include an IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. MAD uses this information to operate its applications and services and to produce general usage statistics.
Current Apple and Google store disclosures list additional categories that may be processed for app functionality, analytics and diagnostics, including device identifiers, coarse location, usage data and crash or performance data. Those store disclosures should be read together with this policy.
3. Use of information
MAD uses personal information to provide services requested by players. MAD does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
MAD does not collect, use or disclose sensitive personal information such as race, religion or political affiliations without explicit consent.
MAD may keep track of which parts of its applications and services are used most often in order to understand service use and improve relevant content and features.
MAD may disclose personal information without notice when required by law or when MAD believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with legal process, protect the rights or property of MAD, or protect the personal safety of users or the public in exceptional circumstances.
4. Control over your information
You may withdraw consent to applicable processing or ask to correct personal information by emailing Email address protected.
If you withdraw consent needed to provide a service, MAD may be unable to fulfil the purpose for which the information was requested and may restrict access to the relevant service.
5. Deletion of your data
You may request account deletion and discontinue use of MAD services. In Solitaire Fairytale, sign in where applicable, open the menu, choose Feedback, and send the message “I request my account to be permanently deleted”.
You may also send a deletion request to Email address protected. The existing account-deletion procedure states that deletion is completed within seven days and is permanent and irreversible.
6. This corporate website
This corporate website contains no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts. When you submit the contact form, MAD receives the name, email address, inquiry type, subject and message that you provide. This information is used only to respond to and manage your inquiry.
The website does not ask for payment information. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
8. Security
MAD uses reasonable controls intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, use or disclosure. Information transmitted to other websites should be protected in transit using encryption such as TLS/SSL.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Do not send sensitive credentials through ordinary email or the website contact form.
9. Changes to this policy
MAD may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its applications, services, legal requirements or feedback. Please review this page periodically for updates.
